Si un hyperviseur devient indisponible, les autres composants continuent de fonctionner sur les n\u0153uds voisins du cluster.[\/important]\r\n \r\nDans les installations de grande envergure, les bases de donn\u00e9es QoE et les services d\u2019analyse sont d\u00e9plac\u00e9s vers des n\u0153uds distincts \u2014 un point critique en cas de volumes importants de trafic utilisateur et de longues p\u00e9riodes de conservation des statistiques.\r\n \r\nLa sauvegarde couvre non seulement la couche syst\u00e8me, mais aussi les donn\u00e9es op\u00e9rationnelles : configurations, bases de donn\u00e9es QoE, licences, journaux d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements et param\u00e8tres de service. Les sauvegardes peuvent \u00eatre lanc\u00e9es manuellement via l\u2019interface Web GUI ou la CLI, ou automatiquement selon une planification.\r\n \r\nLes fichiers de sauvegarde peuvent \u00eatre stock\u00e9s localement ou export\u00e9s vers des syst\u00e8mes de stockage externes via SFTP. Cela permet d\u2019int\u00e9grer le NMS dans les processus existants de reprise apr\u00e8s sinistre et de stockage des donn\u00e9es.\r\n<h2>Gestion des configurations<\/h2>\r\nLa gestion des param\u00e8tres de DPI, BNG, CG-NAT et des autres composants de la plateforme s\u2019effectue de mani\u00e8re centralis\u00e9e dans le NMS. Une fois la connexion r\u00e9tablie, le NMS synchronise automatiquement les configurations et ram\u00e8ne le n\u0153ud \u00e0 son \u00e9tat actualis\u00e9.\r\n \r\nCe m\u00e9canisme est utile lors des mises \u00e0 jour, des migrations et du basculement des services entre les sites.\r\n[important]<strong>D\u00e9tection de d\u00e9rive (drift detection) : le NMS v\u00e9rifie que la configuration r\u00e9elle de l\u2019\u00e9quipement correspond \u00e0 la configuration de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/strong>\r\nLa comparaison r\u00e9guli\u00e8re des configurations permet de d\u00e9tecter les modifications manuelles effectu\u00e9es en dehors du syst\u00e8me de gestion. Une fois la connexion r\u00e9tablie, le syst\u00e8me peut automatiquement ramener la configuration du n\u0153ud \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.[\/important]\r\n<h2>Supervision et m\u00e9triques QoE<\/h2>\r\nLe module QoE int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 Stingray collecte des statistiques sur les connexions des utilisateurs et transmet les donn\u00e9es au syst\u00e8me d\u2019analyse. Les donn\u00e9es incluent les param\u00e8tres de trafic, la charge des interfaces et les indicateurs de qualit\u00e9 de service pour les abonn\u00e9s.\r\n \r\nLe NMS utilise ces donn\u00e9es pour les tableaux de bord, les KPI et les rapports. Cela permet d\u2019int\u00e9grer les rapports dans les processus d\u2019exploitation existants sans g\u00e9n\u00e9ration manuelle de donn\u00e9es.\r\n<h2>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et exploitation<\/h2>\r\nPour l\u2019acc\u00e8s au syst\u00e8me, des protocoles s\u00e9curis\u00e9s HTTPS, SSH et SFTP sont utilis\u00e9s.\r\n \r\nLe NMS prend en charge un mod\u00e8le d\u2019acc\u00e8s bas\u00e9 sur les r\u00f4les (RBAC).
