Ele avalia v\u00e1rios aspectos da experi\u00eancia do usu\u00e1rio, como lat\u00eancia, taxa de dados, padr\u00f5es de tr\u00e1fego de protocolos de aplicativos e taxas de perda de pacotes, permitindo reagir rapidamente a problemas e otimizar o desempenho da rede para garantir um alto n\u00edvel de qualidade de servi\u00e7o.\r\n\r\nO m\u00f3dulo QoE coleta as seguintes m\u00e9tricas:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>M\u00e9tricas de tempo de ida e volta (RTT);<\/li>\r\n \t<li>M\u00e9tricas de n\u00famero de novas solicita\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>N\u00famero de sess\u00f5es, dispositivos, agentes, endere\u00e7os IP por assinante;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00e1fego por aplicativo e protocolos de transporte;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do tr\u00e1fego por dire\u00e7\u00e3o e AS;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Clickstream para cada assinante (SNI, CN, URL).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>Como a rede \u00e9 monitorada com SSG e QoE?<\/h2>\r\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/com.svg\" data-fancybox=\"\"><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/com.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"431\" height=\"420\"><\/noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image- lazyload\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/com.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"431\" height=\"420\" data-src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/com.svg\"><\/a>\r\n\r\nO monitoramento de rede usando as tecnologias do m\u00f3dulo SSG e QoE \u00e9 um procedimento que inclui v\u00e1rias etapas:\r\n<h3>1. Captura e balanceamento de tr\u00e1fego<\/h3>\r\nO tr\u00e1fego \u00e9 extra\u00eddo do n\u00facleo da rede e enviado para o balanceador de carga do SSG, que distribui a carga uniformemente entre v\u00e1rios servidores do SSG. O balanceador pode lidar com at\u00e9 800 Gbps de tr\u00e1fego espelhado.\r\nVoc\u00ea pode saber mais sobre a opera\u00e7\u00e3o do Load Balancer <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/wiki.vasexperts.com\/doku.php?id=dpi:load_balancer:start\">em nossa base de conhecimento<\/a>\r\n<h3>2. Os dados obtidos permitem identificar e resolver prontamente os problemas da rede, otimizar sua opera\u00e7\u00e3o e melhorar o n\u00edvel de servi\u00e7o para os usu\u00e1rios finais.\r\n\r\nOs resultados do monitoramento e da an\u00e1lise de estat\u00edsticas tamb\u00e9m podem ser usados para prever a carga na rede e planejar seu dimensionamento no futuro.\r\n<h2>Testando a efici\u00eancia da QoE \u2013 um estudo de caso pr\u00e1tico<\/h2>\r\nVamos considerar um cen\u00e1rio real de monitoramento de estat\u00edsticas com o m\u00f3dulo QoE.\r\n<h3>Descri\u00e7\u00e3o da conex\u00e3o de QoE<\/h3>\r\nO tr\u00e1fego da infraestrutura virtual do cliente foi espelhado para a porta do servidor BareMetal com o SSG.\r\n\r\nA \u00fanica tarefa do SSG era coletar estat\u00edsticas do Netflow v10 usando campos personalizados, incluindo informa\u00e7\u00f5es de RTT e retransmiss\u00e3o para sess\u00f5es TCP. Essas estat\u00edsticas foram entregues a uma m\u00e1quina virtual aut\u00f4noma na qual o m\u00f3dulo de coleta de estat\u00edsticas do QoE Stor foi implantado.\r\n<h3>Testes realizados<\/h3>\r\n   <strong>  1. Verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da correspond\u00eancia entre a porcentagem de retransmiss\u00f5es e as perdas reais configuradas no host   <\/strong>  \r\nPara o teste, foi usado um host no qual o Linux TC foi usado para definir par\u00e2metros que reduzem artificialmente 30% do tr\u00e1fego de entrada na interface.\r\n<pre> #tc qdisc add dev eth0 root netem loss 30%\r\n #tc qdisc show dev eth0\r\n   qdisc netem 8003: root refcnt 2 limit 1000 loss 30%<\/pre>\r\nO teste produziu resultados anal\u00edticos de QoE indicando uma taxa de retransmiss\u00e3o de 30% e tamb\u00e9m correspondendo ao RTT.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/qoe_1_eng.png\" data-fancybox=\"\"><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/qoe_1_eng.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"899\" height=\"277\"><\/noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image- lazyload\" title=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/qoe_1_eng.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"899\" height=\"277\" data-src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/qoe_1_eng.png\"><\/a>\r\n\r\nEsses resultados indicam a opera\u00e7\u00e3o correta do m\u00f3dulo de an\u00e1lise de QoE.\r\n\r\nPor padr\u00e3o, o tempo de agrega\u00e7\u00e3o de estat\u00edsticas \u00e9 de 15 minutos; esse par\u00e2metro pode ser reduzido para 1 minuto, mas o volume de dados acumulados aumentar\u00e1.\r\n\r\n   <strong>  2. Melhorar a conectividade com o host alterando a rota de tr\u00e1fego   <\/strong>  \r\n\r\nUm dos hosts estava sofrendo retransmiss\u00f5es em uma sess\u00e3o TCP.\r\n\u00c0s 13:00, foi realizado um redirecionamento do tr\u00e1fego de sa\u00edda do prefixo problem\u00e1tico para um caminho diferente, e a troca resultou no desaparecimento das retransmiss\u00f5es e na melhora do RTT.
